Topeca Coffee Signature Espresso Medium Roast Naturally Caffeinated Shelf Stable Whole Bean Coffee. It is very uncommon to find an espresso blend made from coffees of one single origin but since we have direct access to 2 farms at different elevations and the ability to process our coffees using various differnt processing methods we are able to create an incredibly nuanced blend with coffees from just one region. Washed bourbon coffee from the lower elevation gives the blend a base of rich caramel chocolate and nut flavors while the natural processed bourbon from Finca el Manzano provides an intense fruity sweetness and syrupy body. Roasted in small batches at our roastery Tulsa OK our Signature Espresso blend is designed to be a workhorse behind the espresso bar yielding a well balanced medium roast espresso with great crema. Don t have an espresso machine? Not to worry many of our customers brew this blend on a drip brewer for a satisfyingly smooth and rich cup of coffee. As with all of our coffees our Signature Espresso is comprised of freshly harvested 100% specialty grade Arabica beans that are fully traceable to the producer(s).
