9. With the passage of time give your flowers a face-lift every couple of days by gently removing any discolored petals and yellow leaves from your flowers. 10. Enjoy Changes and Cancellations This is a perishable item and cannot be returned by mail or to a Walmart store. Cancellations must be received at least 5 business before your delivery date. Refunds will not be given for cancellations less than the above-mentioned timeframe or if product has already shipped. Any change or cancellation request must be sent by email to changes@globalrose.com or cancellations@globalrose.com. NO changes or cancellations will be accepted over the phone live chat or voicemail. Claims To process a claim Global Rose needs to be notified via email (claims@globalrose.com) within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise. The email should include the order number and pictures showing all the damaged flowers and labels of the boxes. Please indicate if you would rather receive product replacement or a credit for future orders.
