Description
The antler mushroom is a delicious edible mushroom scientifically known as coral mushroom with an erect upwardly bifurcated fleshy generally several centimeters to more than 10 centimeters high resembling a broom or coral. Antler mushrooms are rich in protein vitamins and other nutrients. After cooking it is crisp and fluffy with delicious taste. If stir-fried with pork or chicken it tastes more delicious than the meat dishes made by chicken duck fish or meat alone.
