Description
Plant these burdock root seeds to supplement your source of food. They are easy to grow as they require minimal maintenance. Burdock is a biennial so it will take two years for the Arctium lappa seeds to flower and set seed. You can however harvest the root in the first year after approximately 180 days. Once mature the burdock plant can serve as both tea and food. You can grate the burdock root and include it in ferments (Kimchi) or cook it as a main or side dish. You also have the flexibility to dry them for rehydrating in soups and stews in the wintertime which helps add a nutritional punch to the meal. These open-pollinated seeds are Non-GMO and certified organic to minimize risks of allergic reactions. With the 50 seeds in each pack you can cover a significant area of farmland for increased yields. Plant Good Seed Company Burdock Root Seeds Certified Organic Arctium Lappa Seeds Non-GMO 50 Seeds
