Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken 18 oz (1 lb 2 oz) 510 g Grilled chicken breast with rib meat in a creamy alfredo sauce with fettuccine pasta. Fresh. Ready in minutes! Bistro-inspired entrees. Inspected for wholesomeness by US Department of Agriculture. Fully cooked. Heating: Remove cardboard sleeve and all pouched from microwave tray. If frozen defrost before heating. Microwave: 1. Vent Chicken Alfredo pouch and place in tray. Microwave on Medium (50%) power 3-4 minutes or until hot. Let stand 1-2 minutes before serving. 2. Vent Fettuccine pasta pouch. Microwave on Medium (50%) power 1 minute. Skillet Saute: 1. Lightly coat medium-size skillet with cooking spray.
