Laxmi Tamarind Slab 250 g is a block of concentrated tamarind pulp used in cooking sauces and chutneys. The slab is dark brown sticky and dense. Packaged in a 250 g slab it should be stored in a cool dry place and wrapped tightly to prevent drying out.
