Our most economical food wrapping paper. Light 30 lb. basis weight gives excellent yield. Machine glazing (MG) is a process that imparts a smooth shiny finish to the paper. This glazing occurs while the paper is being made on the paper machine. The resulting sheet is denser than other papers which aids in retarding moisture and oil penetration through the paper. Can be printed with customer logos with reasonable minimums. It is the perfect choice for wrapping foods due to its ability to resist grease moisture and meat juices. Many restaurants use white butcher paper as table covers. Butcher is also used as a wrapping material in pharmaceutical applications.
