Description: Shiitake mushrooms are one of the most popular foods in Chinese cuisine. There are two types of shiitake mushrooms one is dried and the other is fresh. Dried shiitake mushrooms have a much stronger aroma and flavor than fresh shiitake mushrooms. Dried mushrooms are rich in vitamin B group especially vitamin B1 B2 niacin and folic acid which can promote metabolism and eliminate fatigue. Vitamin B2 can decompose lipids and maintain the weight loss state of skin and mucous membranes. Cooking method: In Chinese cooking you can prepare dried shiitake mushrooms in many different ways such as adding them to soups sautéing stewing braising steaming etc. Note: Dried mushrooms should not be soaked in water as much as possible. The long-term soaking process will cause the nutrients in the mushrooms to be lost. The correct way to eat it should be: soak the dried mushrooms in light salt water for 5 minutes wash them and add an appropriate amount of starch to dry them.
