Bring the innocence and charm of a white bloom in the form of free flowing petals. This order contains 5000 pieces of handpicked white rose petals. Each rose petal will be carefully selected by our florists before they are shipped fresh directly from the greenhouse. All orders will be carefully packaged to keep your petals absolutely fresh. Please note that a container is not included. We recommend choosing your delivery date a day early if you re planning to use these petals for events or special occasions. Our team will be here to help from Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 6:00 pm EST (Eastern Standard Time) by telephone at 1(877)701-7673 or via email at sales@globalrose.com. Due to differences in screen resolution and since these are natural products there may be slight color variations between the pictures and the actual petals. This is a perishable item and cannot be returned by mail or to a Walmart store. Cancellations must be received at least 5 business before your delivery date. Refunds will not be given for cancellations less than the above-mentioned timeframe or if product has already shipped. Any change or cancellation request must be sent by email to changes@globalrose.com or cancellations@globalrose.com. NO changes or cancellations will be accepted over the phone live chat or voicemail. Claims To process a claim Global Rose needs to be notified via email (claims@globalrose.com) within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise. The email should include the order number and pictures showing all the damaged flowers and labels of the boxes. Please indicate if you would rather receive product replacement or a credit for future orders.
