OVERVIEW: The Pirelli Scorpion Verde All Season (VOL) is a performance and high performance, all season tire manufactured as the original equipment tire for Volvo. It has some high performance sizes as well.This all season model offers excellent all weather traction, including in light winter conditions, thanks to the silica-based tread compound. The tire’s special tread pattern grips the road well and helps maneuver on all kinds of road surfaces. Its four circumferential grooves efficiently resist hydroplaning by eliminating water from under its footprint. This makes the driving experience safer in all weather conditions.A longer tread life is guaranteed as the asymmetric tread pattern prevents irregular wear on the tires. The tire has continuous even wear, which elongates its life. This along with the lowered rolling resistance and reduced compound weight (on some of the sizes of this model) make the tire more cost effective.
